Refund Policy
We realize that you can encounter unexpected changes in your travel plans that may prevent you from traveling. In these cases, we understand that you may wish to cancel your application and get a refund for the amount paid. Our refund policy for canceling an application is as follows:
- For travel documents such as eVisas, Visas, Health Declarations, Arrival
cards and other travel documents: - Status is “Application in Review”, “Incomplete” or “In Progress”: 100% refund of the immigrationsconsult processing fees, in case we have not yet worked on your order.
- Status is “Application in Review”, “Reviewed application”, “Actions Needed”: Up to 80% refund of the immigrationsconsult processing fees, in case we have already worked on your order.
- Status is “Scheduling Appointment”: Up to 50% refund of the immigrationsconsult processing fees
- Status is “Waiting for Government”, “Appointment Scheduled” or “Order Closed”: Not refundable
- Requests for refunds can only be made within 6 months of your order date.
- Any government fees that have been paid for an application are not eligible for a refund.
- If your order includes the Denial Protection addon, you will be refunded 100% of your order (including Government Fees, i mmigrationsconsult Fees, and any addons) automatically if the Government rejects your application. In the unlikely event that the Government does deny your application and you are not approved for the intended Travel Document, refunds will be processed automatically, and you will be
notified. - If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, please feel free to contact us. Our team will be glad to assist you and find a suitable solution.
- To request a refund, please email help@immigrationsconsult.com from the email address you used to apply for your travel document or another service, and include the following:
- Your order number. *The reason you’re requesting a refund.
Process duration
The estimated processing periods for visas offered by www.immigrationsconsult.com are based on typical processing times supplied by the Embassy or the Consulates. Calculating the processing period should begin on the day the documents are delivered to the Embassy or
Consulate. Without providing any justification, the Consulate or the Embassy may need further documents, postpone or reject processing, or both. www.immigrationsconsult.com is not liable for any delays, cancellations, financial losses, or other damages resulting from processing
delays or denials. Due to delays or denial of service, no service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, shipping charges, or any portion thereof, will be reimbursed.
Payments and Fees
You consent to having your credit card(s) charged right away upon online verification. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with any goods or services purchased through www.immigrationsconsult.com from www.immigrationsconsult.com or from any other vendor or service provider. With regard to the acquisition of any additional goods or services, you are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and shipping costs. Visa processing requirements and costs are subject to modification, including but not limited to embassy consular fees, application forms, and papers needed for visa issuance, all of which are changeable without prior notice.
Shipping
www.immigrationsconsult.com uses Blue Dart / DHL / FedEx for all its shipping needs unless instructed otherwise. www.immigrationsconsult.com uses standard envelopes and other standard packing materials provided by Blue Dart / DHL or another shipping company as instructed by a client. Sometimes documents get damaged or lost during shipping. www.immigrationsconsult.com is not
responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while the product is in the client’s possession or in transit. www.immigrationsconsult.com strongly encourages its clients to use shipping services that provide real-time tracking of packages in transit. www.immigrationsconsult.com is not responsible for any failures or mistakes by shipping companies to deliver, deliver on time, track, locate, and keep safe, any and all packages. www.immigrationsconsult.com cannot and does not warrant any claims or guarantees made by shipping companies as to the quality of service, timely delivery, availability of service, and other claims.
